  I simply needed a replacement card since I misplaced mine. I made the unfortunate choice to come to this branch. Just please save yourself the trouble. Drive away as fast as possible! The woman whom I saw (after waiting 55 minutes to be seen) did not transfer my funds correctly. She also did not tell me it could take 2 hours to transfer. I went shopping and was super embarassed when my card declined. Thanks! Then 2 hours later still no money. Then I was told 24 hours. Still no money transferred. Over $1100 just lost in space. Called the main bank number a third time and I was told NOPE she didn't do it correctly. Called her to let her know she did it incorrectly, I was very polite when I told her this. Maybe they had changed the way it's done? I told her. I was trying to keep her updated. She huffed on the phone that she does this all the time and she's never had an issue. This woman was so extremely rude!! I cannot believe the "customer service" at this office. It's laughable. I work customer service in an EXTREMELY busy dental office. The Dr. I work for would have fired this woman on the spot. She argued with me and scoffed and basically laughed. When SHE was told she did her job incorrectly. Its called constructive criticism honey. I have automatic funds that are supposed to be coming in and out of this card! Its KIND OF A BIG DEAL. She can't just tie up someone's money like that and then get smart with them about it. Horrible, awful, terrible.

  Been going to this office for many years . They have all been very professional and pleasant . They do everything they can to get me the appointment needed and I️ have never had to wait very long

  Went to get a " free second look " on my taxes.... Which by the way...isn't free. You must pay 25 to 30 dollars. Started out, the man that took me back to his cube was very mad because he told me he can't drink a Damn cup of coffee without someone coming in. Secondly. My 3 year old child was with me and he informed my son that if he touched his desk again...it would make him blow up. ----- you don't threaten a child. Third. He wouldn't even look at any of my documents I brought in...let alone listen to anything I said. He was rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend going to this place unless you prefer being treated poorly.

  A residence hall at Illinois College. The street it faces is Mound Avenue which has been closed and now is a pedestrian mall across campus. This building is still accessible by road.
